Bcc is a feature through which users can send emails to others without letting other recipients to know about them. It makes the sending of mail safe and secure. Bcc is blind carbon copy as the name suggests it copies mail to other without disclosing identity of other recipient.
In order to add bcc recipients in outlook, users need to follow the given steps
· Ensure that options ribbon is open while composing the message
· Make sure bcc is enabled in show fields section
· Enter the address of recipients whose address you want to hide from other
Even without bcc field visible, users can enter bcc recipients.
· Select to option while composing the message
· Find the desired contacts from address book and select the names in order to add them to bcc field
· Users can also enter email address directly into bcc field and use semi colon for multiple recipients
· Select OK
